WaaS is a subscription — we host your site, manage updates, and handle edits on an ongoing basis. You own the files after 12 payments. A custom build is a one-off project where you own the deliverables immediately upon delivery. You bring your own hosting, or add our Site Care plan for $50/mo.
On WaaS plans: you own the files after 12 consecutive monthly payments. If you cancel before then, you lose access — similar to a lease. On custom builds: you own everything immediately on delivery, no waiting period. Either way, if you ever leave Infinfy, you walk away with a complete zip export of your site.
Any change that takes less than 15 minutes of agent work — text updates, image swaps, contact detail changes, adding a new service to an existing list, colour tweaks. New pages, structural redesigns, or new features fall outside this — those are quoted separately via Extra Pages or a Custom Build.
Setup fees are charged once at the start on the monthly path: $199 (Starter), $499 (Growth), $999 (Scale). On annual plans, the setup fee is waived entirely — that's part of why annual saves so much. Setup covers design, build, domain config, and launch.
Every site we launch ships with a full AEO/SEO foundation — on-page optimisation, schema markup, sitemap, answer engine readiness. That's included at no extra cost in all tiers and builds. The $200/mo add-on is active ongoing management: monthly ranking checks, content updates, GBP posts, and adapting your site as Google and AI search evolves. Think of it as launch vs. maintenance.
Yes — month-to-month after Year 1. During Year 1, your plan runs for 12 months (setup fee was waived or paid on that basis). After 12 months, there's no contract — cancel any time with 30 days notice. If you've reached 12 consecutive payments, you own the site files and can take them anywhere.
The number is the same for both. Canadian clients pay in CAD; US clients pay in USD. We don't label the currency on quotes or invoices — the same dollar amount applies to your local currency. This keeps things simple and consistent across our client base.
