1. Service Agreement

Infinfy Solutions provides website design, development, and AI automation services. All projects are governed by the specific Brief and Project Plan agreed upon at the start of the engagement.

2. Intellectual Property

Upon final payment, the website code and assets developed specifically for your project are transferred to your ownership, unless otherwise specified in your contract. All "Infinfy OS" core scripts and proprietary AI workflows remain the property of Infinfy Solutions.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing timely feedback, assets, and approvals. Delays in providing necessary input may result in adjusted project timelines.

4. Limitation of Liability

Infinfy Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services or the created websites.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Vancouver, BC.
