Welcome to Infinfy Solutions. By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Service Agreement

Infinfy Solutions provides website design, development, and AI automation services. All projects are governed by the specific Brief and Project Plan agreed upon at the start of the engagement.

2. Intellectual Property

Upon final payment, the website code and assets developed specifically for your project are transferred to your ownership, unless otherwise specified in your contract. All "Infinfy OS" core scripts and proprietary AI workflows remain the property of Infinfy Solutions.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing timely feedback, assets, and approvals. Delays in providing necessary input may result in adjusted project timelines.

4. Limitation of Liability

Infinfy Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services or the created websites.

5. Google Business Profile Management Services

Where Infinfy Solutions provides Google Business Profile (GBP) management services, the following terms apply:

  • The client grants Infinfy Solutions authorization to access and manage their Google Business Profile listing(s) on their behalf.
  • Infinfy Solutions will act as an authorized manager of the client's GBP account for the purpose of reputation management, review responses, listing accuracy, and performance reporting.
  • All actions taken on the client's GBP listing are performed in accordance with Google's Business Profile policies.
  • Data accessed via the Google Business Profile API is used exclusively to deliver the contracted service and will not be shared with unauthorized third parties.
  • The client retains full ownership of their Google Business Profile at all times. Infinfy Solutions' access may be revoked by the client at any time.

By engaging our GBP management services, the client confirms they are authorized to grant Infinfy Solutions access to the relevant Google Business Profile listing(s).

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Vancouver, BC.
